Go to Start >Control Panel> Add / Remove Programs
In the list, highlight Windows 2000 Hotfix (Pre-SP4) Q328310
Click the Change / Remove button
Select Next to continue the Uninstall wizard
A message may appear advising "If Q328310 is removed, these programs might not run properly. Do you want to continue." If this occurs click on Yes to continue
When the uninstall completes click Finish. The server will then restart.
Log on as Administrator and ensure that Imail Administrator is now displayed correctly.
