  1. Download HFXCC3028.
  2. Log on to your first Community Connect 3 SR2 Domain Controller as Administrator (not SystemAdmin) and copy the hotfix to a temporary location (e.g. D:\temp).

  4. When prompted, click Continue.
  5. The installation will proceed automatically.  When prompted that the RM Installation Assistant has finished, click Finish

NOTE: After installation at a server, the server will need to be rebooted for the hotfix to be applied fully.

  1. Repeat Steps 2-5 at all your other Community Connect 3 SR2 Domain Controllers and reboot the servers for the hotfix to be applied fully.

  2. When all Community Connect 3 SR2 Domain Controllers have had the hotfix applied, Restart your Community Connect 3 workstations for the hotfix to be applied fully. A new package named Windows Script Engine Hotfix 814078 (Client) has now been allocated to Main Site an will installed on each station at reboot.
  3. Change the Setup user password: log in to a workstation as SystemAdmin, and locate the Setup user within the System Administrators folder in the RM Management Console. Highlight this user, right-click and choose Update Password. RM recommend you use a hard-to-guess password ideally containing a mixture of letters and numbers.
  4. Create a new workstation build disk: While logged in to a workstation as SystemAdmin ; from the Start menu, All Programs, System Management, choose RM Station Build Manager and follow the instructions.
  5. Repeat step 9 to re-create as many workstation build disks as you require.
