Community Connect 3 hotfix to update UserType configuration to disable Accessibility keyboard shortcuts.
Description
**Please note this only applies to Community Connect 3™ and RM Smart-Tools 3 networks**

This hotfix is included in Service Release 4. If you have already installed SR4, you do not need to install the hotfix. If you have not yet installed SR4, review the information below to decide if you wish to install this hotfix now.
Problem statement
Microsoft Windows XP is configured so that several accessibility features can be activated by using keyboard shortcuts. These features include High Contrast display mode, Sticky Keys, and Toggle Keys. For general users, these features are not required, and their availability provides access to configuration settings to which they should not have access (the Accessibility Options control panel).
Solution Statement
This hotfix adds settings to each of the default RM UserTypes to disable these keyboard shortcuts and adds settings to the Accessibility Group Policy Object (GPO) to enable them. This will mean that the accessibility keyboard shortcuts will be disabled for all users unless the Accessibility options enabled checkbox is ticked in the Environment tab in user properties.
The changes to GPOs will be applied to users on their second log on after the change has been made. Note that they will not apply to the user immediately. Likewise, enabling Accessibility Options for a user will enable these features on their second logon after making the change.
What will the Hotfix change?
The hotfix will update the following Group Policy Objects:
This hotfix contains a non-critical update to your Community Connect 3 network, although it will provide tighter control of the features of workstations that users can access. It is especially recommended for establishments where accessibility features are being misused.
HFXCC3033 may be installed on Community Connect 3 networks with Service Release 2 or Service Release 3, and is installed on domain controllers. No changes need to be made to workstations. The changes to GPOs will be applied to users the second time they log on, and will take effect for all subsequent logons.
