Summary
If you modify a custom usertype within RM Type Manager after applying HFXCC3182, the changes applied by that update will be lost. This download allows the changes from HFXCC3182 to be made permanently.
Description
RM update HFXCC3182 was released to resolve sporadic problems with shortcut delivery, caused by a conflict between RM Explorer 2 and Desktop Agent. In certain circumstances, it is possible that the changes made by that update may be lost by modifying a custom User Type cloned from the RM Explorer User Type post-HFXCC3182.
In order to ensure these changes are made permanently, apply the registry fragment in this download to your User Type as a "Custom Setting".
Symptoms
Apply this to your custom User Type if you have experienced the issues described in HFXCC3182, which were then resolved by applying the update, but have now re-occurred when using a custom User Type based on the RM Explorer User Type.
