In order to correct this issue the following conditions should be met:

1. RM EasyLink HFXCC3245 update should be installed on the server hosting the RM EasyLink website.
2. The home computer must have either Microsoft Office 2003, Microsoft Office 2007, or the Microsoft Webfolders Hotfix installed . The hotfix is detailed in TEC912840 (available from the Other Useful Articles section below).

1. Log on to the server hosting the RM EasyLink web page.
2. Click the HFXCC3245.exe file link below to download the application.
3. Choose to Save the file, browse to the temporary location you wish to save it to (e.g. Desktop or D:\Temp) and click Save.
4. When the file is downloaded, follow the installation instructions below to install the update.

1. Run the update by double-clicking the self-extracting executable file (HFXCC3245.exe).
2. When prompted, click Continue.
3. The installation proceeds automatically. When prompted that the RM Installation Assistant has finished, click Finish.

1. At the server hosting your RM EasyLink Web site, from the Start menu, choose Control Panel.
2. Choose 'Add or Remove Programs'.
3. For each of the components listed below, right-click the component, and check the version number by clicking the 'RM EasyLink support information' link. When you have finished, click Close.
4. Close the 'Add or Remove Programs' window.

The following components should be installed:
