Issue
After a server reboot, the RM Printer Credits Manager Service may not have sufficient access rights to access the Active Directory. When this situation occurs, the service fails to start correctly and Printer Credits are unavailable until the RM Printer Credits Manager Service is manually restarted.
In addition to these symptoms, you may see evidence of the problem through Access Denied errors relating to Location Services being generated in the server's event log. Details of the event log errors which may be seen when the problem occurs are shown below, although they may not necessarily appear in this sequence.

Solution
This Update delivers a new version of the RM Printer Credits Manager Service that actively checks permissions and, if it determines that it does not have sufficient access rights, will automatically restart itself until it does.
Therefore, after installing this Update on a server displaying the problem described in the Issue section, the RM Printer Credits Manager Service should start successfully automatically whenever the server is rebooted.
What will this Update change?
HFXCC3069 will update the RM Printer Credits Manager Service to version 2.20.0.0.
Who should install this Update?
You should only consider applying this Update if you have already installed SR4 and have verified that you have the problem described in the Issue section.
HFXCC3069 should be installed on the first ('Forest Root') Community Connect 3 domain controller at your establishment. The network must be at Service Release 4 before installing this Update. You do not need to restart any servers or workstations after installing this Update, or apply the Update to any computers other than the first (Forest Root) domain controller.
Note: You should plan to install this Update at a time when Printer Credits are not being used on the network.
